Name : Adam Robert Wood
Background : Born June 20th 1979 in Isleworth, Middlesex.
Adam began studying acting and performance art at the age of nine at the New Era Drama Academy ( attaining Distinction Awards at all examinable levels ) appearing in a number of venues and productions, including "Grease", "the Boyfriend" and "the Pythagorus Theorem".
His desire to work in the entertainment industry inspired him to look into photography and film making as a possible career. To this end he enroled at Northbrook College, Sussex. Studying Creative Media Arts.
Since then he has produced a range of work using different mediums such as 35mm Still Photography, Film and Video, Graphical Design and Writing to express his creativity and ideas.
Adam prides himself on his attention to detail and originality and has since specialised in Film and Video. He has produced several short films and documentaries entitled "Box of Memories", "Dark Love", "Typical !", "Static" and "Breaking Kayfabe" (a look inside the strange, exciting, funny and sometimes brutal world of British Wrestling) For this particular piece Adam travelled the country working with various wrestling companies, in particular the FWA and Premier Promotions. And such rising talent as Alex Shane and Doug Williams, as well as more established stars as Robbie Brookside, former WCW wrestler Tiger Steele and former ECW star and the WWF's Nova.
